Terms validity
The current terms cancel and replace all previous terms of service which are no longer usable against SiteW.com.
When the terms of service change, SiteW.com shall inform all its users.
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the french laws, without giving
effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. Any claims, legal
proceeding or litigation will be brought solely in Aurillac, FRANCE,
and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
User responsability
The user acknowlege he read these terms and will respect them.

- adult content or links to adult web sites
- warez, cracks, serials, etc.
- racial content
- content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
- content that infringes rights of others

The user accept and acknowledge being the owner and the only person responsible of his
website content: text, photos, videos, animations, documents, files.
He agrees to disclaim any responsability of SiteW.com. - SiteW.com reserves the right and has absolute discretion to restrict or remove, from its servers, any site or content that violates this Agreement or is potentially in violation of any laws.
